Returns and complaints
It might happen the goods you purchased will not suit you. You can either return it, exchange it canceled the order.
Replacement
The exchange is, of course, possible when the product does not match the size or color. You then send it back to the address below at own expense. Please, enclose information for what you want to exchange the goods. We can come to an arrangement more readily via e-mail, so please, consider this option as well.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days. Please, send it back to the address below at own expense together with a purchase contract termination. However, please note that goods sold per meter are custom-made, and in this case, it is not possible to terminate the purchase contract according to the general terms and conditions. If there is only the slightest possibility, we will try to satisfy your requirements.
Complaints
If you receive damaged or defective goods, contact us due to a complaint by e-mail. Then please send us the goods with a description of the defect back to the address below. We will solve everything together.
