Pillow filled with BIO buckwheat hulls, decorated with a pattern of small blue flowers, measuring 35 x 28 cm, is equipped with removable cotton inner and outer covers. Thanks to the buckwheat hulls, the pillow conforms to body shape and retains heat or cold, making it an ideal compress for joints, muscles, or abdominal pain. The pillow can be warmed in the sun, on heating, or in a microwave (600 W for about 1 minute) and then applied to the affected area.
