Iron-on patch - train with a wagon - dimensions 6 cm x 3.4 cm - green, red, blue

The train iron on fabric is suitable for masking a hole in clothes, but also for improving and decorating your outfit. An iron with a locomotive is suitable for children, it will be fun for boys to put on pants. Machine irons are designed to be ironed onto clothing, but they can also be sewn on if the material is not suitable for running an iron over. Iron-ons can be used on T-shirts, trousers, sweatpants, sweatshirts, jackets...

How to iron an iron on? First of all, we need to evaluate whether the iron is really suitable for our material, so that we can be sure that we do not cause even more damage. If we iron on pure cotton textiles, our work will be the easiest - typically sweatpants, T-shirts, cotton sweatshirts. With a lower cotton content, we will have to be more careful and be sure not to destroy the clothes with the temperature.

The iron-on can be ironed from the reverse side (from the bottom side), but also from the front side (from the upper, visible side).
If we iron from the wrong side and we want to cover a hole in the clothes, we have to be careful not to get the glue on the iron and ruin it. If we iron the image on the back just for show, this option will definitely be better. Using an iron, we iron from the reverse side the place where we placed the image on the other side of the fabric, until the glue is completely dissolved and the image stays in place.
In the case of ironing from the front - e.g. when repairing larger holes, or if you cannot reach the image with the iron from the reverse side, or the material is too thick and the heat would not penetrate the image, we recommend placing a cotton cloth or towel over the image and ironing the image over it without use of steam. The cloth will help to protect the clothes from the high temperature of the iron. And we iron again until the glue in the picture dissolves and completely sticks to the garment.
After ironing, we leave the clothes unwashed for a few days so that the glue can settle and the image holds nicely.
