Chemlon yarns

Chemlon is a durable fiber that appeared in almost every home in the 1970s. The polyamide fiber, which was created in the laboratory of the Zlín company Baťa, was supposed to replace the natural material in the seventies of the 20th century. Surprisingly, it has gained great popularity mainly for its durability, colorful colors and availability. It was a phenomenon that has no parallel in the world so far. They scrubbed curtains for flower pots, crocheted blankets, brightly colored pillows, knitted covers.

We offer Chemlonka yarn, from which, as before, you can make slippers, rugs, in combination with other yarn, socks, sweaters. Chemlonka is also used for knitting Afro braids or dreadlocks.
